I have another question for you if you don't mind. Is it possible to overdose on any of these vitamins and minerals you are taking? For example could too much zinc cause any nasty surprises? Dietwise I am starting to eat more fish, which I don't particularly like, especially tuna. I am beginnining to wonder if the hormones in meat and poultry could be affecting EP sufferers.
