John, I have been suffering for almost ten years now and am coming to the end of my rope with this terrible problem. Thanks for sharing your story. I think I will try this. My question for you is how the pain first started for you. I pinched my testicle playing softball almost ten years ago, and have had pain in both testicles for all this time. I am desperate at this time and am getting nowhere with four different Urologists. Until I found this site, I thought i was the only poor bastard suffering from this miserable affliction. If anybody has any other suggestions, please share them with me. Thank you, Mike
