I dont mean to be bothersome, but your reply would be greatly appreciated.

What Herbs and Vitamins do you suggest taking everyday in order to combat Epididymitis and beat it? Also can you give a brief description why to take this specific herbs and vitamins.

What do you think of the multivitamin Centrum? is there a better one i should be taking?
