All i can say is GODDAMN. if my culture comes up positive again, i know zyvox is my only real option.....i heard some of this enterococcus is IMPOSSIBLE to get rid of...no antibiotics cover it if its that resistant. So if thats not an option anymore...wow scary. Well good luck with that, you also have an option of IV vancomycin as last case scenario. Maybe that would help.
