For sleep, try 5HTP along with some magnesium around 9pm. That sould help get a reasonable sleep. Both are OTC supplements. Better to have a muti vit and mineal tab in the morning. Should not take B complex in the evening because it will interfere with your sleep.

Now for epdidymitis- Completely avoid alcohol and caffeine. Do not take spicy food, and minimize exercise especialy cyclying like activity.
